Welcome to DialFirst. By accessing our website (https://dialfirst.in) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
DialFirst offers local business listing, lead generation, digital marketing, web presence optimization, consultation, and related services. All services are based on mutually agreed requirements and timelines outlined in a proposal, service agreement, or subscription plan.
All content, creatives, and data developed by DialFirst remain its intellectual property until full payment. Ownership transfers upon completion and payment unless otherwise agreed. Public-facing work may be showcased unless a confidentiality agreement exists.
Your privacy is respected. Client data and sensitive business information will remain confidential unless disclosure is legally required or consented to in writing.
All timelines are estimated and may vary based on responsiveness or unforeseen delays. Reasonable revisions are allowed per the agreement. Out-of-scope changes may incur extra fees.
A 10-day post-delivery warranty is provided for minor fixes. Extended support is available via a separate agreement.
DialFirst is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or software.
Either party may terminate with written notice if the other breaches any term and fails to correct it in a reasonable time. All completed work must be paid up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
DialFirst may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the latest revision date.
