Refunds are only applicable for paid promotional or premium services that were not delivered as promised or have technical failures.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof and explanation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Listing fees and any free services are non-refundable. Services already consumed or used partially are also not eligible.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and it has been denied, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing our support team.
