At Prk Fashions, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help you with a smooth return process. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled when shopping at www.prkfashions.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice.
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

• Items marked as "Final Sale".
• Personal care products, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive items.
• Customized or made-to-order items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

We will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible products. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the item. In such cases, shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong product).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

• Check your bank account or payment app again.
• Contact your payment provider or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

7. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
