1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 may be charged a nominal shipping fee (displayed at checkout).
• COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an additional fee based on the order value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Disruptions

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays or national emergencies

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will notify you for a reattempt. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We may request photos or additional verification.
